Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, including tags, box, and any certificates.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please note:
Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
- Items that arrived damaged or defective.
- Sizing adjustments for rings or bracelets, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return was due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping will be covered by us.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Our team will review and provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
